Enrollment - NWTN Homeschool Co-op uses Homeschool  Life  to handle enrollment, payments and class assignments/homework. Each family will need to register an account with Homeschool Life and follow the appropriate steps to enter student information. Before your child can attend on the first day of classes, the parent must have registration fees paid.

Communication: All of our communication and events will be handled on our NWTNHSC Homeschool-Life site.

Classes -   Our class schedule for the current year is available on our website - www.nwtnhsc.org and on our NWTNHSC Homeschool-Life site - Class descriptions, required materials, and teacher bios are accessible by clicking on each individual class.

NWTN Homeschool Co-op follows the course requirements of Homelife Academy’s College 4 Path when choosing our core high school course offerings. NWTNHSC 8th grade students may enroll in select high school courses for credit. Please check with your grade reporting agency before registration to make sure our courses are compatible with your requirements.

Class sizes are set by each tutor and take several factors into consideration. Students will be placed on a waiting list for a class if it fills up before they enroll. Classes are for students in grades K-12 unless otherwise specified. Nursery care is only provided for the children of tutors and volunteers.

The last day to make schedule changes for the 26/27 school year is August 19th (fall semester) and January 20th (spring semester). Switching or adding classes will be at the discretion of the tutor due to class size limits.

It is imperative that students have their needed textbooks on the first day of classes. Tutors often will begin giving assignments the first week and students will be in need of their books. All needed materials are listed on each class description. We are not able to make copies of textbooks due to copyright law and do not want to violate that.  If you are having issues locating certain class materials, please contact the tutor.

Fees - Any outstanding balance owed by returning families for the previous school year must be paid in full before registration, for a student to start classes. Each family is responsible for a non-refundable registration fee of $80 that secures your spot in the co-op and must be paid before or at orientation. You are not considered officially enrolled until your registration fee is paid. Registration fees go toward insurance, background checks, shared supplies, Homeschool Life, and donations to Second Baptist Church.

Families with 12th-grade students will also have a senior fee of $75 added to their charges for the year. Total charges for the year include: tuition per class and supply fees that can be broken up into multiple payments.

Course tuition, supply fees, and required materials can be viewed on the schedule by clicking on each class.

We are now offering two different ways to take classes at NWTNHSC. This only applies to Jr. High and High School since we don’t assign grades for elementary.

Deadline to sign-up is July 29, 2026!
